I can easily limit when my children are allowed to use the apps on their phone that me and my wife feel safe. Most of the negative reviews about this app probably stem from minors whose parents care for them by using OurPact.

Future enhancements would be to set blocking period for each app individually and to shorten the reaction time for actions to take place.

This app is terrible

This app is a complete invasion of privacy and i believe that it should be illegal. I know a lot of people my age who have mental issues that their parent don’t care about and they only feel safe when they can talk to their friends online. Some of my friends parents would 100% if they found this app use it to mentally torture their kids without knowing about it

Great app thou

Great app to control children's devices thou messing with folders and app order is very irritating. Disappointing that the app creators have solved the issue but have decided to offer it to only premium subscribers 👎 Also an issue I have is that the our pact jr. app on child's device is also blocked during blocked time, the child therefore cannot access it to see the reason for block time. In addition to that FaceTime gets deactivated (blocket) during blocked time and has to be activated every time when access is granted. For that the operator (mobile network provider) charges a fee every time. Unfortunately at the end it gets very costly. Would be great if FaceTime would be discluded from blocked apps, but yet again it's a premium subscriber privilege. So you have to pay either way. I will be looking into other children's device control solutions.

We're so glad that you enjoy OurPact! While we would love to offer App Organizer to all of our users, unfortunately we are unable to do so due to technical limitations. The additional management installed with Premium is the only way we are able to provide this fix. OurPact Jr should certainly never be blocking on the child device, so if this is the case, please contact support@ourpact.com with details so we can do some internal testing and figure out what's going on here ASAP. If you are interested in upgrading to Premium, you would be able to set FaceTime as always allowed, and also access App Organizer. Hopefully we will hear from you soon so we can answer your questions in detail and get you on track.
