Very frustrating!

It is not possible to upload the swedish covid certificate while the app demands one certificate for every dose one has been given. It is also unclear what is demanded sometimes. Your photo of yourself or the certificate? In my certificate all 4 doses are gathered in one piece of paper with the last dose and date verified. The cert is not possible to have one by one. The app doesnt let me go through. You need to make it more flexible.

Please make sure you are fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Register yourself on the PeduliLindungi app or through website pedulilindungi.id and complete your profile.

In regards to vaccination done outside Indonesia, kindly open PeduliLindungi version 4.4.7 or newer, Choose COVID-19 Vaccine, Choose Vaccine Non-Indonesia, Complete your vaccination data and click Submit, Wait up to 5 working days for approval and get your vaccine verification.

Frustration

The app is very difficult to navigate where the functions are not consistent and clear. The chat support is available in only Indonesian even though I type in English, furthermore it does not complete the requests that I asked for.
