Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm your purchase. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase. If you start a free trial, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel 24 hours before the expiration period.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal cost will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the existing subscription will not be refunded. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Great on the watch.

I’ve used Pillow as a sleep tracker only (no EMF:s on me while I sleep, thank you very much) and it worked fine. Then, after removing the app and reinstalling it (after upgrading to watchOS 4) I got ”analysis failed” every time. But it turned out my privacy settings were incorrect, now it works great again. (Thanks Pillow support team for pointing me in the right direction)

Easy to use.

The app is very easy to use. It’s easy to make changes through settings and so forth. The sleep aid is amazing and very effective. What I would like though would be if there could be something that sets the app.

Explanation:

If you could set the app with “In 30 min I’m going to sleep” for the simple reason of studies showing that you get a better sleep if you don’t use your phone 30-60 min before actually going to sleep. This would then increase the chance of getting better sleep quality and also better sleep overall.

I would also wish for a graph that shows over time. I have yet to see that graph. I have to myself go through the days and make a graph myself.

Hello! We're glad you are enjoying Pillow. Automatic starting and stopping a session is not possible for technical reasons. You are right about avoiding the use of your iPhone or other electronic devices before sleep but those studies refer to browsing the internet, reading a book or playing games on those devices. Picking up your iPhone just to start Pillow lasts a few seconds and will have zero impact on your sleep quality. We're also working on automatic sleep tracking and detection that will be available soon. Lastly, Pillow already offers graphs that show your sleep quality and other sleep metrics over time, in the detailed statistics section. You can access your detailed statistics by rotating your device in landscape mode where you can also view aggregated data on your sleep quality, sleep duration etc and also view your sleep quality in comparison to HealthKit data over time.
