Great app But bad/No response from customer service

It doesn’t matter how nice the platform looks and the variety of “investment” opportunities there are, when:
* They change the value of buy and SELL price of call/put options according to their desire. The core investment hasn’t moved at all and suddenly you see for example the buy price 1,9 and sell price 1,8 change to buy 1,92 and sell 1,74. Suddenly you make a loss of 0,6 units which can be extremely significant, completely uncalled for.
*This is especially terrible in combination with the forced leverage and margin calls. Suddenly, for no valid reason except tricking people to buy with huge difference between buy/sell price, you get margin called.
* Also, the call/put options change value at change of trading session. For example it has a value of 3, based on the real option which has a value of 45. Over change of trading session the real option remains at exactly value of 45 while the call option jumps to a value to 1, then back to 3, margin calling everyone. (A tremendous loss in less than 10 seconds).
