NEEDS LOTS OF IMPROVEMENT!

For starters there are major bugs in this app. Big improvements are needed. The app lags while you’re in it. It takes a lifetime to navigate through different things. Also the fact that you can not move your money into different accounts, like for example you don’t have the option of opening an account where you name “savings account” and move the money from the main account to the savings account. You have to go to the bank and ask them to do it and once you do it you can not enter those money without the help of the bank. ITS SO STUPID, the way to manage YOUR money. The good thing is that you can send money to another person in the same bank easily. When it comes to security the app is a flop, i mean you can log in with a username and password?? like it’s social media. It’s so weird, security it’s so weak. Also i get messages for every purchase and thing that happens with my card, i literally have like 223 unopened messages (notifications) in the app that are just unnecessary. Like ofc i want it showing on my transaction but not get notified about EVERY purchase?? THE APP IS SH*T, but it’s better than nothing. Than again never have high expectations in Kosovo. Things here are sooo outdated.
