Version 1.4.1

RealityScan 1.4.1 is now available.

What’s New:
- Standalone slides open automatically once
- Double-tap to zoom in Set Area/Crop mode
- Removed Cancel button from Set Area screen

Bugs Fixed:

- Usability issues with Crop tool edge markers.

- Auto-capture not stopping when switching views
- Update Preview Mode' button appears even if no change has been done to model

Known Bugs:

- Preview model is not generated.
- Projects are stuck on Submitting to Sketchfab.
Workaround: Kill and restart the App

Good but the upload to Skatchfab slow!

This is the only iphone app - from several apps I tested, that makes Normal maps from your texture. Due to the Normal map the end result it looks better than with the other apps. And I tried difficult objects, with a lots of details and shining faces and I got best result’s compared with other apps.
But ☝️and that’s a big but, the processing, which implies uploading on Sketchfab, where you can se the real final result, it can be painful slow. Much slower than with other apps. I wonder if its because it generates Normal map too? It will be great if it would allow to export the scans from the phone, without needing to go through Skatchfab.

Its good, could be better.

Overall it's good. Although this version has removed the ability to check the texture colors in the point cloud. Which is very odd since that is super useful.

Previous versions would also allow to continue to capture, now that can't be done.

For the future it would be great to be able to more easily delete bad pictures. Be able to select them
In the point could view and delete them from there instead of trying to find them in the list of all images which now is basically impossible.

Also the limit of 200 images is quite low.

The app only lets me choose to create a new account!
