The RecMan mobile app is designed for efficient RecMan usage on your mobile device. Seamlessly extending our web platform's capabilities to mobile, it offers a familiar experience tailored for on-the-go tasks.

Easily search and access candidate and employee contacts, and navigate to customer locations using Google or Apple Maps for customer visits and sales meetings.

For interviews, take notes effortlessly using your preferred method: typing, handwriting with an Apple Pencil on the iPad, or dictating a summary of the interview. If you opt for handwriting, you can easily convert your handwritten notes into editable text for further processing. Importantly, the app supports offline functionality, ensuring that you never lose your interview data, even if your internet connection drops.

Securely access the app with Face ID or Touch ID authentication, simplifying your RecMan experience wherever you are.

We are proud to present a completely new flow of doing candidate interviews - right on your iPad or iPhone. With this update, you can seamlessly jot down notes using your keyboard, handwriting with an Apple Pencil, or even dictate them while referencing the candidate's CV.
Interviews can be conducted using the on-screen keyboard, an external keyboard, or handwritten with an Apple Pencil. If you opt for handwriting, you can easily convert your handwritten notes into editable text for further processing. Please note that the initial text conversion feature supports the following languages; English (United States), German, Spanish (Spain), Italian (Italy) , Portuguese (Brazil), French (France) and Ukrainian (Ukraine). Additionally, the user interface can be customised based on whether you're left-handed or right-handed, ensuring a comfortable experience for handwriting notes.

Importantly, the app now supports offline functionality, ensuring that you never lose your interview data, even if your internet connection drops.

To further enhance security, we've implemented the option to require Face ID or Touch ID authentication to access the app.
