Rehabbit is a free climbing rehab app that helps patients track exercises, learn about injuries, and connect with licensed physical therapists. Patients can learn more about their injuries by selecting one of our pre-built rehab plans and choosing which exercises they'd like to do. Each day, Rehabbit will send reminders and schedule what exercises to do. For each exercise, we provide instructions and images, and also enable the patient to modify the intensity as needed (i.e, number of sets, reps weight). Over time, as patients use the app, they will be able to see their progress in Rehabbit. Charts indicating pain over time, exercises logged, and any modifications made during. Patients can also schedule appointments with physical therapists through the app - which will send an email to both the patient and the therapist upon confirmation. As of now, appointments take place outside of the app, your therapist will contact you separately to confirm the details. NOTE: REHABBIT DOES NOT PROVIDER MEDICAL ADVICE NOR AIMS TO.
