It's a rip off

I booked a flight through the app because it was cheaper than anywhere else, and after I paid, I got an email that the flight was fully booked and that If I needed a refund, it would take 20 working days to issue the refund plus 7 working days, depending on my bank. Or I have another option which is Karam points which take up to 3 days. I chose the first option since I didn't think I could trust their website. I waited about 40 working days, and no refund has been made. So I decided to take the karma points and use them to book flights which were way more expensive than any other platform.
The call center uses a well-written script that doesn't give you any chance to argue but leaves you with a feeling that you have been ripped off.
