A verk good training app.

I would like to thank you for this app. I started to use it more than eight weeks ago. My mobility has improved a lot. I can do things much easier now than I could eight weeks ago.

Like sitting on the floor and get up without holding on to anyone or anything! I can touch the floor with almost a whole hand bending down!
My PT has complemented my mobility when we are training!
I am so glad that I started. I have done the exercises every morning for eight weeks now and I am going to continue until the end of summer. Then I am going to take the test again that I did before I started. I will then see how much my mobility has increased. So once again thank you!!!
