Terrible bandwidth, refund refused
Tried their service in Chiang Mai - one of the largest cities in Thailand.
Performance was dismal with bandwidth rarely exceeding 500 kbps!
After going through all the usual troubleshooting steps with customer support, they eventually decided there was nothing more they could do. At this point I requested a refund, but was refused on the grounds that I had already used 10% of my bandwidth - which, I believe, was mostly used for running speed tests during the conversation with support!
Needless to say: avoid this company!

Great UX, slow internet speed while travelling in India
The app really gets the core use case from user experience perspective. Download the app, choose country, pay for the plan, setup and activate. Was quite simple, missed turning on roaming, but in general smooth experience. Maybe some auto check whether all the settings are set correctly would be helpful (checklist style).
However, internet speed was super slow. We were travelling in India (Delhi, Agra, Jammu, Kochi, Munnar). Jammu was not working at all (which I can understand, for the Jammu & Kashmir state). For the rest of the places internet speed was super slow. Sometimes it did not even load my hotel bookings or uber app was taking too long to load. Mostly I fet it while browsing the web, pages were barely loading. My wife had a local SIM card and the speed was many times better.
If you would be able to achieve on par speed with local providers, this service would be a no brainer, however next time I would go through the hassle of getting a local sim card if available.
