The Secoa Portal will provide you access to a suite of relevant services for your business
connected to Secoa.
Depending on your rights in the system the app allows you to
- Register and follow service desk tickets: Using this app allows you to register service
desk tickets that you need Secoa technicians to handle. You can also add files and
pictures to better describe your issue. After registering a ticket, you can also add more
information and see the notes written by the technician.
- Read reports: You will have access to weekly reports, monthly reports and custom reports
- View contracts: If you have access, you’ll be able to access your contracts and read them
through the app.
- Onboard a Meraki device: Quickly install a new gateway and connect it to your network of
routers. This will allow the Secoa technician to ensure the hardware is up and running
To get started, log in with your current Auth0 e-mailadress and password. If you do not have a Secoa Auth0 account, please contact your Secoa administrator.
For this update, we’ve made it possible for you to name the added device yourself in the Meraki onboarder.
We also added functionality so that the device will automatically find the address when using the Meraki onboarder, as long as you have given the app rights to do so.
