To use the Sena Motorcycle App, download the app and pair/connect your Sena headset to your mobile phone in the Bluetooth settings menu.

My phone is already paired with my headset but the app cannot connect.

I am following the instructions, my iPhone is pairing fine with the intercom, but the app does not connect. I have updated the firmware.
