ServiceChannel Provider puts the power of on-site service management on every technician’s mobile device. Now you can keep your customers and your company in the know with status updates for work performed on-site.

FIXED
- Previously, standard attributes were displayed on the Asset Record screen, even if you enabled the Hide option while updating an asset type on the Manage Asset Types page in Service Automation. We've fixed it.
- Sometimes, when you completed a WO checklist during the check-out process, you might have seen a system error message. Clicking Retry, the error appeared again, and you couldn’t complete the checklist. Now, when the error unexpectedly appeared, you can click Retry button to finish the checklist.
- You could received It looks like you have arrived push notifications for work orders located outside the GPS radius. You won’t be confused by this push notification anymore.
