Game crashes, can’t continue to play

Hello dear developers, I downloaded this game after reading multiple positive reviews and since the game has offline compatibility. I started to play the game and immediately liked it. There were some minor problems with game crashes when launching the game but it somehow fixed itself after a couple of hours. Now I’ve played the game for 2-3 days, and I even payed some money to unlock all characters. I enjoy it very much, but now I’m stuck.. when trying to enter 1-2 on mode “Hard”, the game instantly crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled the game, cleared space on my phone, searched and read online for solutions, but I can’t find any… the same thing with crashes happens when trying to join a PVP game and when press “first purchase”, “accessory packages” and also trying to purchase “costume sets”. This is extremely frustrating and annoying. Please reach out to me for screenshots and other information so that you can resolve this issue. I really expected to be able to play this game since it looked serious and I was able to purchase in-game products for REAL MONEY. I have an IPhone 11, with the latest IOS 16.5.1. Please answer this review.
