Simplenote - Notes and Memos 4+

It just works

Great for keeping a collection of small notes that is synced accross devices and platforms. As simple as indicated by the title, though it would be nice to have Markdown support in the native Mac app (as is available in the other simplenote apps)

Used to be the best

Long time user and I've always loved the app.
Since they moved to Electron it's been buggy as hell, both the client and the sync.

Please please please send the Electron crap in the bin and make Simplenote good again!

Update after developers response:
I have been in contact with your support, more than a dozen emails the past 2-3 months and the amount of debugging and hoops I'm asked to do is mindboggling.

The "write-once-run-everywhere" promise in computing have never ever worked properly and Electron is just the new java. Build a proper codebase and take control of the app.

I wish I could use markdown in the MacOS app...
