Can not reach any of my devices after latest update 1.6.67.

bought a washing machine and downloaded the app. I created a samsung account on my phone. Then i tried to add the washing machine by scanning the qr code on the device. But the app says the qr code is not recognized. The app selected the wrong geographic region for me. The app does this based on information it pulls from your phone so if you have multiple sim cards it will pick one of the sims region and assume a region, it does not use actual geolocation. The app does not allow you to select geographic region during signup and devices are geographically linked, so you cant use a device linked to Sweden with an account registered in a different country. This is a problem for anyone with a summer home in a different location of course. No smart device control if you have more than one home... But it gets worse... the app does not let you change geographic location, so you need to go to your computer, log into your samsung account and actually delete the entire account. Then signup again and hope that the registration process picks the right region. Signing up on computer instead of phone helps. once I had registered the account AGAIN this way i could scan the qr code, but there is a lot of flippinh between settings of location (must allow app to always know location to use it) and then settings for wifi and so on... Finally i had my washing machine added... But it gets worse... now my wife signed up as well, since we both live in two countries she also had the same regional problem... so after she signed up TWICE, also forced to use the computer to sign up, she proceeded go add the washing machine to her account. The app prompted her that the app was already linked to an account... but fear not, she was able to claim ownership of the device in the app... and as soon as she did, the app in my phone informed me that the device had been removed from my account. Conclusion: •You cant live in more than one country if you want to use Samsung products •You cant share a device easily between members of the same household •You need a dedicated and shared email account for multiple people to use the smart devices •You cant have multiple sims from different countries if you want to sign up via the phone app The app UI looks ok, but I am very concerned about security and account management issues due to the experience. The splashing animation in the app during washing cycle makes up for some of it though 😀
