SoundRelief by Lios is a tinnitus sound therapy and management app developed by and for people who suffer from permanent tinnitus.
Sound therapy is a type of sensory training aimed at modifying the brain signals associated with tinnitus. Two-thirds of people who use SoundRelief on a daily basis will experience a reduction in their tinnitus within the first month. This was proven in a clinical study of 300 people.
SoundRelief provides an option for those looking to try a non-invasive treatment at no initial cost from the comfort of their own home.
Within the app, you can track your tinnitus level each day along with your sleep and stress levels. From this, you can see how they and other elements affect each other. Through tracking, you can clearly see your improvement as you use SoundRelief.
