How to Take a Spin:
- Open the app to find the nearest Spin scooter or bike.
- Unlock your Spin by scanning the QR code or by entering its ID.
- Ride safely to your destination, using bike lanes where available.
- Park responsibly, avoiding pedestrian right of ways, building entrances, and wheelchair ramps.

Bad customer service
This customer service and system is very bad. Upon picking up a Spin scooter, I noticed it was outside the designated ridable area, yet I was able to proceed with the rental. Subsequently, I had to walk for 14 minutes to reach the drivable area before being able to use the scooter. Unfortunately, despite reaching the green drivable area, I opted to cancel the ride due to accumulating costs, totaling $11.25.
I contacted customer service they refunded $0.6 would not recommend this app.
Did not work at all!!
We signed up for an account on our vacation in Washington but we could not scan/unlock any scooters. It turned out you need constant internet connection and with just our 4G european cellphone subscriptions with huge roaming costs it was not just possible.
