Sync between devices doesn’t work
Signed in to Game Center on both my iPhone and iPad but the careers are separate even if I reset or reinstall the game on one device 😤

Cloud save is a manual operation. On the main menu there is a button to upload to iCloud. Your other device should then show the download button on the main menu. As the save is quite large, it was done this way to save your data.
