Stargaze 3D
Mycket bra och tydligt förklarat stjärmbilderna utseende och läge. Det har för mig varit totalt omöjlgt
att urskilja de enskilda stjärnbilderna. Hur ser "Skytten" ut? Det blir nu visserligen inte helt tydligt,
hur forntida människor kunde se en bågskytt, men nu vet jag emellertid mycket mer och mitt stora
intreese för himlavlvet har genom detta utmärkta program blivit vida större. Tack!
Does what it says but ‘misses'
PROS: Very simply pleasing graphics and animations, most of which are controllable. CPU load (at one of the lower settings) is decent enough to let it run most of the time (on MBP Mid-2012 OS X 10.11.6).
CONS: You can’t setup the sky in relation to your location, therefore making the apps ‘learning’ potential a bit lower. Star Magnitude is done on a slider without numbers, so you don’t really know what you’re seeing.
VERDICT: This is a fairly simple and straight-forward app more aimed at general enjoyment than useful knowledge. It’s somewhat pretty but I can’t help feeling they really missed an opportunity with amateur astronomers when leaving out the ability to peg the sky to what you actually see. Still, for the price it’s worth it but do a little searching first.
