Tidigare recensioner skrämde mig när jag skulle ladda ner appen, men den funkar otroligt smidigt. Man måste skapa konto om man inte redan har ett, för att sedan logga in med sitt axs-konto för att få tillgång till den köpta biljetten. Har ännu inte använt min biljett men appen är super, förstår inte varför folk klagar!
Biljetter på webben, aldrig i appen
Köpta biljetter dyker upp på sajten men inte i appen, varken i Stockholm Live eller AXS. Samma sak ett år senare. Tidigare konserthistorik? Tomt. Mina aktuella konserter? Tomt. Känslan i själen? Tomt.
Bra kundservice men den borde inte behöva kontaktas varje gång det ska köpas biljett. Nästa köp blir mot PDF-biljett istället, appen leder endast till frustration.
Funkar inte
”Device error” efter inloggning. Lösningen blev en pdf-biljett istället som man lagt till som alternativ efter mitt köp. Känns tryggare än en inte färdigutvecklad app.
