Create storyboards: draw, arrange, time, write, and animate.

Use the simple drawing interface to sketch a panel or import (with drag and drop) from any other app. Set the timing, write dialog, action, and SFX for each panel. Play the board back as an animatic to get a feel of your final project.

Export as a video, PDF, HTML, images, or text file.

Timing can be as small as a single frame, so real-time animations can be demonstrated within the board. Tap on the "scene" circles to increment the scene count (swipe to decrement).

Made for iPad, works on iPhone.

Best I found so far

Great little app I must say. Only just started using it for some hobby work, but it contains the necessary functions and also has some great but simple concepts.
I am new to storyboarding, so this is probably a given for most experienced movie makers.
Great to be able to set backgrounds and reuse them across scenes.
Great to copy paste scenes and erase only the foreground and create a new scene.

A little unintuitive use of some icons, e.g. a folder icon to go back to your collection of scenes. This felt more like the “root” menu icon. A back arrow would have made more sense to me.

Assuming the app is stable, it is great.

Cannot duplicate frames well

Great app but I’m having serious trouble duplicating frames after a certain amount of duplicating + editing. Suddenly almost all graphics disappear. I tried to clear the cache, restart the app, but the problem persists. Also I really miss a feature to mark graphics so I can move it around. I would otherwise give it a 4.
