TaskMate is the ultimate task-tracking app, designed to help you manage hundreds of tasks, to-dos, and required actions effortlessly.
KEY DATES FOR EACH TASK:
TaskMate allows you to set two important dates for each task - the Deadline (or Monitored date) and the Tracking Start day. The Deadline is when the task must be completed or monitored, while the Tracking Start day determines when you begin tracking the task. This ensures you can schedule tasks for the future without cluttering your current task list.
THREE-TIME PERIODS FOR EACH TASK:
TaskMate breaks down tasks into three periods - Safe, Cautionary, and Risky. The Safe period allows you ample time to complete a task without additional effort or enjoy subscriptions and vaccine protections worry-free. The Risky period indicates a critical time when tasks must be completed, or protections may have expired. The Cautionary period falls in between, signaling the need to start focusing on the task at hand.
COLOR AND BW CODING FOR EASY TRACKING:
At a glance, TaskMate's intuitive interface shows you the period each task is in and how many days (or weekdays) remain until the deadline. Choose between landscape and portrait mode, and monitor tasks using our color or BW-coded system for quick visual reference.
