How does TaxiClick work?

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. They market this app in Torrevieja taxis, but when I booked a taxi it’s said that the taxi it would arrive in 8 minutes, after 20 minutes I saw the taxi further down the street picking up someone else. I then cancelled the taxi and ordered a new one, the exact same thing happened again. I ended up waiting for over an hour, and then hailing a cab off the streets. The driver then said its better to call a phone number or hailing a car in the taxi zone.
