With Telavox Operator the operator need only use the computer keyboard to answer, park and connect calls. All using close to standard keyboard shortcuts that allow even an experienced operator to quickly feel at home.
The operator has the ability to text and email all monitored extensions and thus get a flexible and efficient communication. For example, if a person is in a meeting, the operator can switch the call directly to the person's mailbox or directly to the person's mobile phone.
