teleHeart is a recovery companion app that aims to make your cardiac rehabilitation enjoyable, easy, & safe.
teleHeart will show your individualized treatment plan which you can complete in your own time and at your own pace.
This app is designed to be adaptable to you. If some part of your recovery plan is troublesome, use the chat feature to discuss changes to your plan at anytime!
Education is one of the three core components of heart recovery. teleHeart helps you by providing short, easy to understand lessons paired with simple quizzes that allow you to understand and manage your condition.
Track your exercise progress using a heart rate monitor to view your achievements and track your fitness improvement.
Keep a journal of your health records such as your weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar.
