With the new design, we will regularly enhance the app with new features to deliver the Smooth as Silk experience our travellers expect. In this first release we are starting with:
* A new home screen showing your upcoming trips, a count-down to your check-in, promotions and fare deals and your Royal Orchid Plus membership status.
* Intuitive flight booking for your next vacation, business trip or short getaway and now you can pay with cash + miles too!
* Simple management of your booking, seat and meal selection and the ability to book special service requests with ease.
* Real-time notifications for flight status, booking changes, fare deals, promotions and more.
* Book a car, a hotel, travel insurance and other services to ensure your trip is a seamless experience (applicable for select markets).
* Check-in as early as 24 hours prior to departure and download your boarding pass.

My scheduled trip disappeared on last update.
After the update today my trip disappeared from the app, when I tried to add it, it’s comes up date the trip is already added. 🤔
booking made easier!
As frequent traveller I often needa seamless app as I know the route etc.It took me 10 min to do the bookingand the app worked perfectly well. congrats Thai airways!
Does not work on my iPhone 15 Pro
Looks like it is not made to function on iPhone.
I can not navigate back and force. For example if I want to change date and want to go back one step it is not working. The signes in the upper corners can not be clicked on. I have to close the app and restart again.. Very complicated.
