High-Intensity interval cardio is touted as the better way to lose weight and tone up without shredding muscle, as compared to the traditional 20min-1hr nonstop jog. Also, it circumvents the mental endurance you have to deal with when jogging.
Hence, we built HIIT Runner to do one thing; to manage your time loops during interval cardio. You have a set amount of minutes to choose from and you can split it into seconds anyhow you want it between running and walking. Using alerts and voice prompts, HIIT Runner coaches you through your sessions so that you can have a productive workout every time you step out to run.
