I understand, app developers must get paid somehow. It has some great content but literally 0 themes and 0 icon packs available for evaluation. I can't use anything the app has to offer without paying, which is fine, but then don't list it as a free app.

Well ok yeah... The download itself is free, but nothing at all is free inside the app and it is straight up useless IF you don't pay for it.
