Doesn’t recognize tickets!
Uploaded the original file, no luck, had to talk to support to send me a manual link but by then the event had passed so…
Worst service, I was tricked and lost my money
They are the worst service I have ever used. I have been totally tricked by their service and lost a lot of money because of it. And they are almost impossible to contact. When I did succeed in getting a response, they did not answer the questions I asked. I’m really sad and will never use their services again, nor recommend anyone else to do so.
