Många problem under hösten med spelet :( Vid köp av ”gems” så kommer de inte automatiskt trots att köpet är godkänt av banken, har behövt kontakta spelutvecklaren vid flera tillfällen och som längst har det tagit mer än en vecka att få mina redan betalda gems.
Tar dessutom lång tid att få svar :(

Ett annat stort problem under sommar/höst är att redan utförda uppgifter inte sparas, har som mest fått göra samma uppgifter 4-5 gånger!
Ibland försvinner även intjänade pengar och gems!!
Har påtalat dessa problem för spelutvecklaren men aldrig fått svar på vad som är fel.
Börjar tröttna rejält på spelet!!

For over 5 weeks I’ve reported major bugs

Bugs that is not just very annoying and destroys the fun in playing. It’s very costly. It keeps rolling back so all progress is lost, it won’t permit me to buy anything of the less costly, and they won’t deliver anything that I purchase. Playing a game should be fun. And after 15–29 failed reporting and no improvement my I’m at my wits end. I can’t see that a single thing has been done to fix this major bug.
I am so very disappointEd.
PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS MAJOR BUG I REALLY LOVE PLAYING IT WHEN IT WORKS.
