Employee benefits:

· Improve communication with your work managers, and get access to all your work schedule information

· View your scheduled shifts in ore or across departments

· Send request for work and communicate your availability

· Send request to swap a shift with a colleague

· Send requests for vacation and or absence to your managers

· Check in and out, with or without location verification

· View the work schedule for your workplace(s)

· See all your approved work hours

· Send and receive messages from your colleagues

· See bulletins published by your manager(s)

· Apply for vacant shifts when published by manager(s)

· TGPool! Subscribe to other departments for vacant shift notifications

Manager benefits:

· Approve shift swaps in the app

· Approve vacation and absence request in the app

· Publish vacant shifts straight from the app to a pool of subscribers

· See who’s checked in and out in real time

· Send messages and bulletins to your employees

· Correct and approve timesheets in the app

· Correct and approve absence in the app

· Plan, change or delete coworker shifts

Timegrip is only intended for Timegrip Workforce Management clients and can only be used together with a licensed Timegrip service. If you are an employee of a Timegrip customer, please check with your manager before downloading the app to get your log in data.

Bra men med brister

Mycket smidig app för att hålla kolla på schema, ansöka om ändringar mm. Saknar dock möjligheten att exportera schemat till andra tjänster som Google calendar, vilket praktiskt taget alla andra tjänster kopplade till scheman erbjuder. Varför erbjuds inte detta?

Råkade uppdatera appen. Efter det kan jag inte logga in. Fick ett tillfälligt lösen skickat till mailen efter många försök. Funkade inte (inom tiden 2h) Har kontaktat systemadmin för företaget o tillfälligt lösen.
Fungerar inte heller. Funkat i flera år, utan uppdatering. Hur gör jag?
