I downloaded the free 7 day trial, but my kid didnt like it so i decided to cancel it on the last day, but they went ahead and took the full annual payment off of my bank account, not just the monthly 25 dollars, the full 100 dollars, DO. NOT. DOWNLOAD. THIS. EVER. because they will take your money and not reply to you. BOGUS BOGUS BOGUS.

Hi there, I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding. You get a free trial before you pay. Once the trial expires, only then will the subscription be activated. It's similar to how Netflix works.
