I cant log in with my Genshin account? Is anyone else having this issue??

It’s really good app and helps you find stuff, and when you age you can click on a button “found” so u don’t go to the same place and not find it. I’m really glad and I can’t tell how much this app has helped me!! ❤️🫶🏻

But I’ve been having trouble lately, when I click on the “found” button, it won’t let me. This is annoying and really bad. So I wish this could be improved!!
