It’s all at your fingertips. Lock or unlock your bike, check the battery level, and find where you parked it – all from your phone. Keep an eye out for regular updates geared to take your VanMoof riding experience to the next level.

What can you do with the VanMoof app?
No matter where you are in the app, it will assist you with your smoothest ride yet:

Home
* No keys are needed, your bike smartly recognizes you. Unlock your bike with just a tap or create a personal unlock code to easily unlock your bike without your phone.
* Check how much battery your bike has (and Powerbank if you have one).
* View your current speed, distance, and ride duration on your in-app live dashboard.
* Adjust your bike settings instantly on the home screen. You can change your motor assistance, gears, lights, bell sound, and other bike sounds.

Rides
* Look back at every trip with a detailed ride overview.
* You can view every journey, including the time, distance, maximum and average speed, if you stopped, and how much battery it cost.
* See how you compare to other VanMoof riders in your city and across the World.

Garage
* Find all of your bike information, change your bike settings, and view your MyVanmoof profile.
* Get help with your bike by contacting support or reading the help articles.
* Share your bike with your friends and family.
* Plan a repair appointment at your closest store.
* Mark your bike as missing and send in the Bike Hunters.
* If your bike has Apple Find My, you can see the current status.

- For increased safety, you soon need to enable ‘Repair Mode’ on your bike when you’re dropping off your bike at a partner shop.
- Fixed some bugs; links to help articles are updated, and the app now shows a 12-hour clock if you want to.

Works fine

But I’m really missing a way to connect my rides to my health app! I really want to have all of my data available in the same view and I’m only missing my biking information. Quite frustrating …

Bike stolen, tracking not working and support not answering

Unfortunately my bike got stolen and now I found out tracking system is not working. In the app its says the bike is where I left it, but my bike is not there. I have received an email saying it might have been stolen but no tracking link, I have contacted support in chat (crashes) and email several times but I have not heard back in almost 2 weeks. False sense of security

Hi, We're sorry to hear your bike got stolen! The app only shows the last location when you were connected to the bike, it doesn't (yet) show the tracking location. If you haven't heard back from support and haven't received a tracking link yet, let us know!

But give me more features and an open API.
