Description
The app will provide you with an overview of your pension scheme at Velliv:
- You can keep yourself updated regarding the development of your savings and see what disbursements you might expect from Velliv when you retire.
- You will be able to follow the return on your investments and see your agreed contribution. - You can get an overview of your insurances in the event of death, critical illness and disability.
How to get started:
Log in by using your NemID and MitID when using the app for the first time. Hereafter you can activate Touch ID or Face ID login. If you are not a customer in Velliv, you are welcome to contact us through the app or velliv.dk.

Hej Morten. Vi beklager din oplevelse, og vi ved, at vi har haft en periode hvor adgangen til vores online kundesystemer ikke har været tilfredsstillende. Driften er nu stabiliseret, men vi arbejder fortsat på at skabe yderligere forbedringer, for at du fremadrettet får en bedre oplevelse med Vellivs selvbetjeningsløsninger. I forbindelse med forbedringerne kan du periodevis opleve længere svartider og forstyrrelser. Vi vil i videst muligt omfang informere om dette på systemernes log-in side. Poor functionality
Doesn't work properly. Slow. Doesn't display the information you requested. Doesn't indicate if it's calculating/downloading so you are stuck waiting indefinitely for information that may or may not appear. Needs a lot of development.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry we can't give you a better app experience at the moment.
We're working on improving the performance and user experience of the app. We are doing it in chunks, starting with the login flow performance for the next release.
Regarding the missing displaying of information, I will need some more information from you in order to investigate what's wrong. Please write us an email to app@velliv.dk, describing the display and indication issues.
