Report users selling fake items
I love the app, but I wish there was an feature that made it possible to report/flag users who try to sell inauthentic items.
I’ve seen two accounts that sell the exact same fake Prada shoes and fake Prada bag and pose it as a real one. They even use the same pictures but have different names and different accounts. Something that should be considered due to the security of the community.

Authenticity is a scam
I bought an expensive dress and paid for it to be authenticated by Vestiaire. It arrived and the dress had been VISIBLY altered which was not disclosed in the listing. How come Vestiaire did not catch this error when authenticating the dress at their headquarters? And more importantly, how come they won’t even let me send them an email to handle this issue?! Instead their support page redirects me to “resell this item free of charge on Vestiaire if you’re unhappy with your received item”… never buying anything here again.

Past this delay, we offer to relist the purchased item as per our return policy. However, an investigation can indeed be led, should the item not comply with its description or pictures provided.
