viaDOTS is a ride-hailing SaaS platform / Mobility as a Service (MaaS) solution provider that seeks to create value for both "Riders" as well as "Drivers" through our "Driver Operated Transport Services" or DOTS.
We carry the DOTS aspect in our very name, as a clear expression of how we have evolved and stand distinguished from a handful of other regional as well as global mobility players.
At the heart of driving this experience is our 'Digital Meter Taxi Model", designed with transparent pricing and flat rates by the taxi community, so that there is greater freedom for Drivers to identify themselves as entrepreneurs and for Riders to always have the option of economical, safe rides at actual prices.
Currently, our app has been built to support Local and Airport Rides at Guaranteed lowest fares as per the government norms in the cities where we operate.
