How do I change langue?

I will have to delete my account just because I can’t change to English.

The language in your app is set by your phone's language. If you would like a specific language for Vrbo other than your phone you can change that in the phone settings by finding our app and updating the language. If you are still experiencing issues please reach out to us via the app feedback link in Menu > Feed and support in the app.

Pay out to host

It’s really difficult/impossible for Vrbo to transfer the money after hosting. I had a guest in May but they haven’t paid me the money until now. Whenever I contact customer support they give me same excuse “your case was escalated and they are working on it” its been a month now and they are still working on it. They can’t tell me what exactly they are working on. I wonder what’s there to investigate in order for Vrbo to pay my money. The guest paid them my money in May but they can’t transfer it to me. I don’t think I recommend any one to host via VRBO because I feel cheated.
