Pay out to host
It’s really difficult/impossible for Vrbo to transfer the money after hosting. I had a guest in May but they haven’t paid me the money until now. Whenever I contact customer support they give me same excuse “your case was escalated and they are working on it” its been a month now and they are still working on it. They can’t tell me what exactly they are working on. I wonder what’s there to investigate in order for Vrbo to pay my money. The guest paid them my money in May but they can’t transfer it to me. I don’t think I recommend any one to host via VRBO because I feel cheated.
Owner
There is no information about how the payment between client and owner works out.
So I can not explain for the client how it works. And I do not know how I will finally receive the money for the rental.
