No child seat
Ordered and paid for a child seat for a airport pick up. When I arrived they were not aware of such a request and we had to go without a child seat for our baby. It also took me some convincing with their support until i got compensated. However the driver and the rest of the staff were professional.
No customer service
We tried this service successfully 2 times but the 3rd time we ordered and paid for a minivan but got just a standard medium size car instead which should be half the price and we also needed a bigger car.
I tried reaching out to the customer service on multiple occasions but it was impossible to get any help.
So, if everything runs as planned it works but if any problem happens forgot about getting any help.
