Poorly implemented
You cannot check-in if your booking numbers contain digits. Something that happens if you've booked via another airline that Westjet collaborates with.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, that is correct, WestJet reservation codes are six-characters (e.g. ABCDEF). If your booking was made under another airline, you will not be able to check-in through the WestJet app or website. However, you should be able to on the share code airline's check-in services (unless restrictions apply). We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your patience.
