With Wethm, you'll be able to see your sleep quality, duration, efficiency, heart rate, and breathing rate, as well as informations about your sleep environment. Easily monitor everything about your sleep in the summary page, you're in charge of your night.

Wethm Harmony:
Ever feel the urge to call your loved ones in the morning to check if they've slept alright? You can know feel at ease with Wethm. Share your sleep data with your nearest, through a Wethm Harmony account, and know that everyone is sleeping tight.

Statistics & Report:
If you want to get detailed with your sleep, extensive quantitative analyses is available. Check out how you've been sleeping for the past week, month, and year on the report page, and gain insights on how to improve your sleep. Compare your weekdays to weekends, and find out what those long weekend evenings have been doing to your sleep.

Enhancement:
Mechanical vibrations in the environment have been known to affect the human physiology, and Wethm is utilizing this principle to bring you better sleep. Try the sleep induction vibration to unwind and sleep faster, just as you would on a train or a bus ride. Our smart alarm uses vibrations to bring you to a state of light sleep before waking you up, so that you can avoid sleep inertia, and feel energized when you get up - no more groggy mornings. Adjust the vibration strength, frequency, and type to your liking to maximize the effects!

NOTE:
This app will only work if you have a Wethm Sleep Enhancer device and a 2.4GHz Wi-fi network available in your bedroom.
