Can I rate it zero stars?
I took 2 trains, a bus and a plane to get to Vienna, but somehow purchasing a ticket through this app was the most exhausting part of my journey.
Don’t bother getting this.
It requires getting an account to buy a ticket, which is completely unnecessary. But signing up didn’t even work, the confirmation email never showed up. It’s much less trouble to just buy the ticket from the machine and not bother with the app.
Take a taxi
If having to use this app and system for public transport is the price, then a taxi is better value.
Worst app experience I had in years, if you value your holiday mood, don’t use it.
