I love it but I need more cards now please.

Poor customer support

First of, I love the concept and it has worked great for me and my partner. However, I haven’t gotten any new cards for the last couple of weeks while playing with my partner, even though he gets new cards daily that I haven’t had and I get new cards if I play with myself. I have tried logging off and on again, I’ve even tried deleting the app and downloading it again without any success. When I emailed the company about it they only responds with autogenerated mails that doesn’t offer any help whatsoever. It’s really frustrating and a shame on such a good app. I hope they fix this soon :(
