TRANSITION SPEED AND HOLD LENGTH
Design a pace that works for you by varying the Transition Speed (amount of time to move between one pose and another) and Hold Length (amount of time you spend in the pose).

Memberships cost $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year (prices for non-United States customers will vary) and will be charged to the user's iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew and will be charged within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and renew at the original purchase price. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off from the user's iTunes Account Settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Perfectly tailored yoga practice with so many different features

I love this app! I haven’t felt any need to go to in person yoga classes since I discovered this app 4 years ago. Thank you for bringing this to the world🙏
