Yoga Nidra is a systematic and scientific method of inducing deep and complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is an ancient technique based on the time tested principles of yoga and through regular practice one can easily develop a sense of deep relaxation, calmness and peace.

Created by Madhav West, a highly experienced yoga and meditation teacher. Madhav received 4 years full time professional training at the Satyananda Yoga Academy Australia and the Bihar School of Yoga in India in Yogic Science. He is also qualified in the field of Health Science and Naturopathic Medicine.

Great relaxation!

I’ve been listening to this meditation for a couple of years and when I try something else I always come back to this one- because it’s simply the best for me.
The relaxed feeling after doing the 20 min (my prefered leangth) meditation is wonderful!

So nice voice, very relaxing and also great to be able to choose session time. Sometimes 10 min is enough, sometimes my body needs more. Love this ❤️

Yoga nidra

Yoga är ofta förknippat med något svårt, farligt och tar lång tid. Men om man kan acceptera att vissa saker tar tid, innehåller mycket kraft och kan ske spontant, är yoga lätt.

Dricker du tio koppar kaffe kommer du att skaka av koffein.

Om du går in i yoga nidra utan att vara beredd på att något kraftfullt att kommer hända. Då är överraskad av resultatet.

Det här är den närmaste upplevelsen jag känt på iPad som kan liknas ett riktigt live yoga pass. Varje gång jag sätter på det finns något nytt att hämta. Så fort du är bekväm med light versionen pröva betalversionen. Som ett dyrt vin kommer det bli bättre och till slut vara ett stöd för dig.
Så...
Sätt dig ner, luta dig tillbaka och var beredd på en resa till ett land som finns inom dig. Om du följer instruktionerna som kommer du alltid landa på alla fyra. Men var beredd på en kraftfull resa.
