• Time-based home greeting and clear shortcuts to assessment, reviews, and posts
• Export your data or delete your account from Settings → Privacy & data

FOR MANAGERS
• Open the Team tab to see organisation teams and roles in one place
• Review team and role insights: users, skills, expected levels, and coverage
• Search, sort, and browse paginated team and role lists
• Open a role directory to see members with skill ratings and focus areas
• Download reports for teams and roles when you need them offline
YOHRS is invitation-based for workplace accounts. There is no public self-registration in the app.
