The Zawajj app provides a safe and private platform for Muslims to find compatible partners for marriage, according to Islamic teachings and values. Our project aims to facilitate finding a life partner in a manner consistent with Islamic culture within a morally safe environment and under the supervision of the Sharia Committee.
Project Idea:
After registration, the app publishes general information about the member (excluding name, phone, and email). The member can only like a suitable partner. If the other member responds with a like, both memberships are frozen, and personal contact is made by the supervisor.

Purpose of the App:
The purpose of this app is to provide a safe and private platform for Muslims to find compatible partners for marriage, according to Islamic teachings and values.
Matchmaking Process:
The supervisor contacts them to schedule an online video meeting where both members and the supervisor participate. General information is provided, and some questions are asked. The initial meeting is for everyone without exchanging personal information. After the meeting, the supervisor contacts both members. If both wish to continue, the supervisor sends the name and phone number to each party. They can continue getting to know each other on their own or request the supervisor to continue managing the introduction.
Meeting Idea:
Written information is provided before the short meeting and repeated at the beginning of the meeting. This meeting does not mean that both parties agree to engagement or continuation or accept the next meeting. Accepting the meeting only means that the person who accepts is seriously looking for a marriage partner. Refusing the next meeting does not need justification between them. The idea is: marriage seekers meet in a safe environment.
